This privacy policy is intended to illustrate, in a transparent and detailed manner, the way in which ITHAI WINE DIVISION – of E.N. 1. Type of data processed

Common personal data voluntarily provided by the user such as name, surname, telephone number, e-mail address, as well as any other personal data provided optionally, explicitly and voluntarily in the contact area.
Navigation data. The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.

2. Purpose of Processing

The processing of the data provided by the user will be carried out for the sole purpose of allowing the possibility to properly use the website and to respond to any contact requests made and transmitted to the Data Controller.

Therefore, any processing will take place exclusively in execution of the service requested by the user and in full compliance with applicable regulations.

3. Optional provision of data

Except in the case of navigation data, which are necessary in order to enjoy proper navigation on the site that the user voluntarily accesses, the interested party is free to provide his/her personal data through the forwarding of e-mails by means of the appropriate contact area.

(USA) in compliance with adequacy decisions of the European Commission and contractual constraints aimed at ensuring appropriate protection of the rights of the data subject.

7. Rights of the Data Subject

The user, as a data subject has, at any time, the right to request:

  • access to their own data, so as to know what information is recorded, the types and purposes of the processing carried out;
  • The restriction, rectification and updating of the data concerning him/her;
  • Deletion of one’s data where the conditions are met;
  • Easily transportable copy of one’s data for transmission to third parties in the manner provided for in the Regulations;
  • Revocation of consent without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before revocation;

Propose any complaints to the Data Protection Authority or other Authority competent on the point where he/she believes that his/her rights have been violated.
